Disney’s Boardwalk at night is one of the most fabulous places onsite. Once the sun goes down, Disney’s Boardwalk completely comes alive.
Disney’s Boardwalk is full of games, performers, great food (Boardwalk Bakery!), and of course, shopping.
I’m going to take this time to mention the Disney fine art store(s). We are huge fans. Seriously, if you haven’t been you’re missing out. Please go! Such cool stuff! Even if you’re not staying at a Disney deluxe hotel, you can still check out the fine art stores in the parks, as well as in Downtown Disney. However, the fine art store at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort is hands down our favorite one. Although many of the paintings here range from high thousands to tens of thousands, there are still some great pieces in the mid-hundreds to low thousands. But even if you’re not planning a purchase (which is totally fine), do still stop by to gawk. It’s worth it, I promise.
Once we were finished shopping, we grabbed dessert. We brought it back to our room to enjoy on our awesome balcony. It overlooks the Boardwalk, so why not? We passed by the pool on our way up, which was looking unbelievably bright and inviting!
We changed into our PJs and ate our sweet treats while watching all the activity below on the Boardwalk. Never underestimate the amount of entertainment people watching provides, especially from a room with a view as fabulous as this one!
Once the parks close don’t think the day is over. While you may be exhausted, there’s still plenty to see and do in Disney World!
