Four Seasons Bangkok Review

During our time in Bangkok, we stayed at the Four Seasons. It was our oasis in this bustling, busy city, and I’m so excited to share how wonderful this place is in my Four Seasons Bangkok review, so here goes!

For starters, the lobby is simply gorgeous!

Upon arrival, we took public transportation to the hotel, as we wanted to “experience Bangkok.” Plus, there’s a metro stop literally next to the Four Seasons.

Even though we didn’t arrive via Four Seasons transportation, we were still completely showered with a warm welcome – a cool wash cloth and refreshing drink as soon as we walked in. It was the perfect wind down from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. We felt extremely at home despite being in a very foreign place.

The dining options here are endless, even down to room service, which had American food selections. We felt so at home!

And speaking of feeling “at home,” our room was BEYOND fabulous. I loved the indoor/outdoor feel of this place!

We had a junior suite, which was so luxurious! There was plenty of space to spread out, and the L’Occtaine products offered can’t be beat.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever. I melted into the pillows – it was exactly as I’d imagine floating on a cloud feels like.

Throughout our entire stay we felt like royalty. Seriously. Every staff member we passed bowed to us. I don’t know what we did to deserve it, but I liked it.

The concierge also deserves a special mention. After venturing around Bangkok on our own the first night, we decided to book a tour for the following morning, rather than the DIY route we had originally planned. At 9PM, the concierge was able to book a tour for us – for the following morning mind you – that’s limited notice, people – and even customize it to our liking. Now that’s service! The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and overall wonderful.

And speaking of tours, I really love the detail the Four Seasons goes through in selecting their “go to” tour company. We’ve noticed this at every Four Seasons we’ve visited thus far. They do a great job in choosing and selecting the best of the best. Most tours are private, but don’t fear those that happen to be shared – “crowd” is not in the Four Seasons vocab. A gem in my eyes!

The pool here was very relaxing. It offered both a deep and shallow end, as well complimentary floats to “hang out on.” The pool service is equally as amazing as the wonderful atmosphere. Someone was always setting up our chairs upon arrival, bringing us ice water, food when needed, etc.

While we didn’t use the fitness center, we had the pleasure of utilizing the health club facilities upon check in while waiting for our room. The locker rooms feature steam showers, a plunge pool, and basically any amazingness your little heart desires.

The spa facilities also deserve a special mention. The spa at the Four Seasons Bangkok was one of the best hotel spas I’ve ever experienced. I booked a 90 minute “signature” Four Seasons massage, and was pampered from the moment I walked in. From choosing the scent I wanted in my treatment room, to customizing the pressure, I didn’t want my massage to end!

A superb hotel! There’s no other place I’d ever consider staying in Bangkok!
