Continuing with details from the Four Seasons Resort Lanai (see post here and here), today I’m talking all about the dining options! Like most resorts, the food here can be pricey, but boy do they have so many delicious options!
Room & Pool Service
I’m going to start out with my personal favorite, room service!! Gosh do I love me some good room service, and the selection here is endless. As I said in yesterdays post, you can place your room service order via the in-room iPad. It’s so easy and so much better than picking up the phone! You can also request tray removal from the iPad too. Tip: Order the seven layer chocolate cake and thank me later.
Poolside food is serviced by the Malibu Farms restaurant (which you can also go eat at as well), and I can’t rave enough about the Caesar BLT salad with skirt steak. It was just SO tasty!
This open, airy restaurant is located right off the lobby and was a favorite of mine for breakfast. We went everyday, and while there’s an amazing buffet, I had the buttermilk pancakes the first day and was hooked. And the views! They’re so crazy because everyday it’s something different, depending on the time and where the sun is! At night, this restaurant is a steakhouse and there’s something to be said about relaxing as the sun sets with this view.
If you’re looking for coffee or a quick breakfast, maybe before an excursion or something, this is where you’ll want to go! You couldn’t tear me away from One Forty for breakfast though, and my daily caffeine allotment went to that seven layer chocolate cake! I may have had it nightly. Don’t judge.
This restaurant is up by the golf course. Don’t let the fact that you need to take a car to get there stop you. Just head to the lobby and ask the bell desk, and someone will gladly drive you. It’s not far and totally worth it! I highly recommend the burger. Seriously, it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Don’t leave without having dessert. There’s a chocolate chip ice cream bar that is TO DIE FOR! Seriously, it’s the softest, most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had.
This restaurant is set cliffside and looks so unbelievably fabulous that I’m a little sad we ran out of time and didn’t get to eat here. They mostly do sushi (which you can’t really eat while pregnant), but they have other things too. I had my eye on the wagyu beef, but I guess that’s what next time is for!
This eatery is located right off the lobby and features stunning views and even a game room! We played two rounds of pool after dinner one night. I almost won the first, if only I didn’t sink the eight ball. Like VIEWS, the burger here is also fantastic. They put the most delicious onion ring ever on it, so we actually went back later on in the trip and ordered a side of onion rings. Oh my goodness – so good!
I love a resort that has so many dining options to choose from – from fine dining to something totally casual, and the Four Seasons Resort Lanai offers a little something for everyone!
