Next up, I’m talking about touring Bangkok’s flower market! The Bangkok flower market is said to be best at night, but I have to say, we saw it during the day and it was pretty spectacular!
Fun fact, the flower market never closes – it’s open 24 hours. While it’s at its absolute busiest just before dawn – when boats and trucks arrive from nearby providences delivering fresh flowers, it’s most active for business just after midnight. Can you imagine, a street market hopping with business at 3am?!
So like I said, we visited mid-day, as we read it is easier to shop around during this less-crowded time, and people were correct. We were able to visit the flower stalls without the hustle and bustle of wholesalers trying to haggle for a great price.
Visiting here was one of my favorite things! The market is colorful, beautiful, and smells absolutely amazing- ohhhh the smell of jasmine! I got a beautiful jasmine flower bracelet that I couldn’t stop smelling the rest of the day, as I was determined to purchase something from Bangkok’s renowned flower market!

Up next, the Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha, and the Reclining Buddha!
